110mb.com Down?

Well, 110mb.com was down for last several days, I just hope it’s not forever. If that were the case, this is the 3rd host that died on me. But somehow I don’t think this is the case, because I received an email from them several days ago about a scheduled maintenance. They are moving their MySQL databases from US to UK to increase their performance. However their webpage was still supposed to be up, just with the forums disabled. I wonder what happened.. I hope nothing bad.

Also my other host, awardspace.com seems to have some database troubles. At least with my Sites2Regg project because I keep getting the following message: “Can’t open file: ‘sites.MYI’ (errno: 145)” Seems like my database got destroyed somehow, which isn’t much of a problem. I can just recreate it and repopulate it with newest, latest articles from digg and reddit. So not much of a loss there.. Luckily my CronGrab the Comic Archiver project is still chugging along, even though it’s a bit slow. But I am creating a backup just in case and plan to do it on a more regular basis.
