Pretty Menus In KDE4

Karol Krizka @ December 18, 2007

KDE4  development is going on forward and new features are added everyday. The whole thing is almost a fully usable desktop, but usability isn’t the only factor the developers are working on. They are not forgetting about eyecandy, so you can show of to your friends. For example, just yesterday they added a simple modification to the popup menus that give them round corners. This might sound very trivial, but you would be surprised what difference it can make (especially with shadows enabled). Just check out the screenshot below, and judge for yourself. The only problem so far is that the menus from the bottom panel are fully transparent, so you only see a border and the black text.
