Update On Daily PSP Homebrew Application Releases

As many of you might have noticed, I did not post my lists of new homebrew applications that were released by different developers over the last two days. This is because it takes a lot of time for me to collect all the information, package them into a nicer format and create/test my complete package. Sometimes it even takes almost over an hour, which is the time that I do not have during the weekdays. But this does not mean that I will be abandoning those announcements, because I find them very useful too. It allows me to discover many cool free applications for the PSP that I would not try otherwise. For example, did you know that there is a RSS News Feed reader for the PSP? Also games like Purple Motion and OpenTyrian are almost commercial quality games!

From now on, I will be doing weekly updates. Every Saturday afternoon I will go through all the tagged releases, download them and compile them into a single collection. I will also start a homebrew application game of the week column, where I will review a homebrew application that I stumbled across. Do you have any nominations for the first one?

This is good news. It would be good if you took over from http://www.psp-homebrew.eu/ as it hasn’t updated for over a year.

Even better yet, find the developers of the installotron and take over that!
