PSP Homebrew Releases for February 12th

PSPThere are two fun PSP applications to try out today. The first one being The Fun Physics Game, which simulates simple physics equations, which always translates to cool effects and an addictive game. Also make sure to check out, especially if you are a Biology student, Metroid Life, a clone of Conway’s Game of Life that tries to simulate the growth of an organism in an area.

Metroid Life 0.01 Download
Developer: dragula96
Basically, Conway’s Game of Life is a zero-player game where square cells emulate the process of life and create complex patterns, based on the following rules:
- Any live cell with fewer than two live neighbors dies, as if by loneliness.
- Any live cell with more than three live neighbors dies, as if by overcrowding.
- Any live cell with two or three live neighbors lives, unchanged, to the next generation.
- Any dead cell with exactly three live neighbors comes to life.
In Metroid Life, however, teeny Metroids take the place of the simple-looking square cells. Sony PSP users can just leave the program on and watch idly as Metroid cells replicate and die until the entire population dies out either due to overcrowding or due to becoming too sparse.

In the land of squares, the square with a straight line is king. Well, at least, the one who gets to bash all the other squares.
Your a square with an elastic extension jutting out of
you connected to a smaller square (your weapon of choice). Object of the game is to flail that sucker around to send the other red squares that are out to get you to flying.
