PSP Homebrew Releases for February 14th
Karol Krizka @ February 15, 2008
PSPHere is the list of PSP homebrew applications released on Valentine’s Day. The list is quite lengthy and includes several important updates. The most important is probably the release of homemister91’s LUA Player HM. This player allows you to run LUA application on a PSP Slim, which was impossible before. Due to this, most LUA applications are being updated to include it and many appear on this list.

Elephant 2.0 Download

Metroid Life 0.03 Download
Developer: dragula96
Basically, Conway’s Game of Life is a zero-player game where square cells emulate the process of life and create complex patterns, based on the following rules:
- Any live cell with fewer than two live neighbors dies, as if by loneliness.
- Any live cell with more than three live neighbors dies, as if by overcrowding.
- Any live cell with two or three live neighbors lives, unchanged, to the next generation.
- Any dead cell with exactly three live neighbors comes to life.
In Metroid Life, however, teeny Metroids take the place of the simple-looking square cells. Sony PSP users can just leave the program on and watch idly as Metroid cells replicate and die until the entire population dies out either due to overcrowding or due to becoming too sparse.

PSAFE 3 Download
Developer: TRStealthX
It sucks when a PSP is stolen, it really does. But it won’t suck as bad once you have DZ’s PSAFE installed.
When installed and configured properly, your PSP will know exactly when it’s not on your computer, or at your house and send you an email along with the thief’s IP address, so you can call local authorities.
- IP Address Update: You are now able to update your IP address. The system will check to make sure that your IP address isn’t the same and update it if necessary
- Connection Log: You are now able to view all of your PSP’s connections. You can print out the log information if you want. The logs will tell you whether the connections were from your computer or not.
- New PSP Theft Check: Due to the amount of ISPs that refresh your IP address a few times a week, I now added a new way for your computer to recognized. The check application will make sure that its your computer by the IP Address AND the computer’s nickname.
