PSP Homebrew Releases for February 29th

The first thing that came to my mind after reading this list was that the PSP homebrew developer maxthebest was quite busy  during the last few days. Over half of the releases were made by him, all of which are quite interesting. For example, his CypherMe iRShell plugin adds encryption support to the files on the memory stick, something which I’ve seen requested a lot of times on different forums.
