I’ve been meaning to post about this for some time, but I just keep forgetting. I got good news for all Linux users that own or are planning to buy a Lenovo X61 laptop: suspend works perfectly. For some time, I had issues from resuming after a suspend to RAM. The screen became very dark and I had to go into the console with Ctrl+Alt+F1 and then back to X11 with Alt+F8 to get the full brightness again. But after the last kernel update for Ubuntu Hardy Heron, that problem went away.

I have already updated by report on the status of running Linux on the X61 Tablet .
